You have photographed a minimum of one dozen weddings as a second or lead (ideally two seasons' worth of experience)
You shoot in RAW and 100% MANUAL shutter and aperture settings (not Aperture Priority/Shutter Priority)
You are a California resident! We are local and sustainable team :)
